Investment policy

For investment products with an emphasis on continuity and stability, Neddex targets both in The Netherlands as abroad logistics and retail (warehousing) properties. Specific characteristics for investments in these sectors are described below. 

The office market experiences ongoing many changes with inherent long term risks. Investments in this sector will only be undertaken on a selective basis or if above-average sales results can be achieved in the short to medium term. 

High street retail and residential sectors are also monitored. Opportunities in these sectors are however carefully examined in light of price development over the last couple of years. Purchase prices should therefore adequately reflect future rent development and risks. 

Neddex clings strongly to the quality of tenants in the properties it acquires. The overview next hereto gives an impression of some of our tenants of the various real estate funds.
