  • Location on city boundary or centre, easily accessible by car
  • Area with strong concentration of economic activity
  • Individual property size 2 to 20 million, portfolios and shopping centres up to 50 million
  • Strong covenants, residual term of leases > 10 years
  • Retail concepts with strong autonomous attraction or clustering of complementary concepts
  • Abundant free parking space
