Management team

Management team of Neddex consists of Raymond Hoogwegt, Marcel Tilro and Eduard Koek.

Mr Raymond Hoogwegt holds a Master degree in law of Erasmus University in Rotterdam and a Master degree of the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. He has 20 years experience in the real estate sector and has worked previously in the Netherlands as deputy director with Aareal Bank and director with Aareal Property Services active in the field of real estate investment funds for this international organisation.

Mr Marcel Tilro is a certified real estate agent and holds a Master degree of the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. He has also 20 years working experience in the real estate sector and was amongst others as deputy director at DTZ Zadelhoff and co-responsible for the international activities of the Dutch organisation.

Mr Eduard Koek holds a Master degree in business economics of Erasmus University in Rotterdam and a degree of ESSEC Business School in Cergy-Pontoise (France). He has 14 years experience in the international real estate sector and has worked notably in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France as well as on projects in other European countries and The United States. He previously held amongst others the position of General Manager with Aareal Bank in Brussels and Senior Manager with Bouwfonds Asset Management responsible for (inter-) national real estate funds for private investors.

Mr Koos Maasdijk is Neddex' legal counsel. Before joining Neddex he worked as a consultant for Gemini Consulting and as an attorney at Ploum Lodder Princen in Rotterdam. He studied law and public administration at Erasmus University, Rotterdam.

Mrs Angela Vergeer-Tilro supports the management in financial and administrative matters. She has successfully completed several professional trainings in those areas. She has previously worked for various commercial companies, notably real estate agencies.
