Neddex is a real estate company based in The Netherlands. The company initiates (closed-end) real estate funds with properties located both in The Netherlands as well as in other European countries.

It is a lean and mean organisation with dedicated, hands-on management with many years of experience in both the real estate and financial markets.

The way investment products are structured results for the investors in close involvement in the real estate without however the daily hassle that it is often associated with.

Neddex aims for a long term and personal relationship with it’s investors in the various funds and professionals in the real estate sector.

Neddex International

Neddex Real Estate was initiated to extend Neddex´ scope beyond the Dutch borders. This step abroad was set in response to a growing demand from investors for the successful Dutch real estate funds initiated by Neddex and the need to offer adequate diversification from a risk perspective.
